JOB SUMMARY: This position assists the Supervisor of Nursing Services in carrying out the district's health program by implementing a comprehensive health services program. The role of the Substitute Nurse is to provide for the general health and well-being of the student population and school community. The Substitute Nurse duties are to assist schools by filling in at a Health Room or by providing 1:1 nursing care to students within the Northshore School District

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training or equivalent is required.

 

SALARY: $51.48
Salary is based upon the current ESP Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 

WORK YEAR/HOURS                                                                                                       

Substitute Nurses work on an on-call basis during the school year. Work hours will vary based on the assignment. Assignments are chosen by the substitute through our absence management system.
